48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
The nitty gritty reality. Please bare with us, as our goal is to communicate to our amazing clients a little more of what we need to prevent premature gray hair:)
When we book appointments 4+ week out, our books can appear full online to those wanting. When we are full we turn others away. Unfortunately we are experiencing and inherent ongoing issue with last min or same weeks cancellations. When an appointment is cancelled the same week it is not a guarantee we can re-fill it because we receive so many same week changes our work week can go from full to dull and we've also lost the opportunity to help another client we turned away because we were full. OUCH! Please note even though we do offer a waitlist there is no way we can re-fill all the newly empty spots from same week changes. To protect our time we now charge at 48 hours or less for cancellations or changes.
Clients who cancel their appointments within 7 days of their appointment will need to book on a same day basis only when available.
You may cancel your appointment 48 hours or more with no charge.
If you cancel your appointment with any less than 48 hours your credit card on file will be charged the percentage below or we will need to make sure your fee has been taken care of prior to booking your next appointment.
If you decide to modify or change your appointment outside 48 hours. This includes booking more than one service and cancelling one of your services outside the policy.

RUNNING LATE Policy.
We ask our guests to arrive a few minutes early for appointments. We don't go over in time and into their appointment if someone is running late. Please note: Depending on how late you arrive -we may not be able to complete 100% of your service scheduled and we may need to modify your appointment or cancel altogether. If we need to modify or cancel we will need to charge for the original appointment held.
Please note: Our time has been held just for you. If you decide to have us modify or cancel other services you've booked you will still be charged for the appointment you originally held.
Life Happens + Being Sick
I can not provide services to anyone who is "on the mend," sick or coughing. Things happen, so we do not implement our cancellation policies for your first sickness or last-minute cancellation for an emergency and will allow you a one time fee wave, if you are an established client. First time no show no call or cancellation outside of the policy will not be re-booked unless late cancel or no show fee has been taken care of the same day as the cancellation.
ENTOURAGE + RUG RATS
To respect the privacy of those coming and going in the studio we can not accommodate guests who aren't having appointments. For safety, we can not use our waiting room as a kiddo lounge. Did the babysitter cancel last minute again? The good news is I can happily accommodate kiddo's who are able to hang with us in the treatment room. We can't watch little ones in the waiting room and this keeps them safe and the next guest from accidentally babysitting your kiddo. Win Win.
